Shipping Options

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status from your account's Orders page or by using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We'll notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
